Engineering services
The main line of our activity is our engineering services, managment and technical control of implementation projects. With our experienced technical controller, project and construction manager, we undertake the responsible managment of high-rise construction projects, linear facilities and utility construction works.
Our goal meets Yours: to handover the investment by the given deadline, within the available budget and in high quality so that our Costumer takes delight in the finished work.
We do more than just check the quality and progress of the works: we make sure that everything goes just as You imagined.
General and professional implemention
As the main contractor, we undertake the implementation of industrial- and logistic buildings, as well as their related infrastructure.
We started our construction services based on the experience of our previously successfully delivered projects and our implementation team.
Whether the assignment is for the whole building or only specialized construction packages, we will achieve it successfully, in high quality and on time.
Site Due Diligence and Feasibility Study
We carry out a site survey prior to land acquisition and development to check the building parameters and regulations in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulatory plan.
We investigate and provide guidance on utility provision.
We identify relevant preparatory activities, requirements and archaeological preparatory activities for the development of the property.
We analyse and evaluate risks, prepare the decision of our Clients regarding the purchase of land.
General planning
We undertake the general planning of industrial and logistic hall buildings, offices and commercial real estate.
You can count on the experience and smooth cooperation of our architects and specialised engineer colleagues from the creation of a concept through permit management and the construction authorization procedure, to the preparation of the tender and execution plan phases.

You can also use our instrumental tests performed with our own fleet of equipment as a standard service during our technical inspection and management assignments as an independent service:

- Earthwork load capacity measurement with a heavy load capacity measuring instrument

- Drone data recording, photo documentation, land mass measurement
- Thermal camera inspection

We can't think of anything more important than safe work environment. We effectively make collegaues and subcontractors understand this during the safety courses. It's not for us, but for the ones waiting at home for us.
We take on HSE Management of construction works according to 4/2002. (II. 20.) SzCsM-EüM regulation, from the beginning of design works until the end of construction.
